These are seriously going to be your new go to Christmas Cookie! They are light, slightly chewy and simply melt in your mouth! The lemon glaze gives them a nice burst of flavor too. I hope you will make these for your Friends and Family this year!!


Ingredients;
4 Cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/2 lb or 2 sticks of unsalted butter
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 t almond extract
2 large eggs
1 3/4 C granulated sugar
1 15oz Container Ricotta Cheese

Lemon Glaze:
2 Cups powder sugar
1/4 c plus about 1 T fresh lemon juice
