This video teaches breath control, sculling and important safety skills like how to enter and exit the water and stand up. You will learn lots of great warm-up exercises that will help you relax and enjoy the water.

SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR BEGINNERS
Swimming, like all athletic activities, is physically challenging and involves risks to participants that cannot be entirely eliminated. Please use these resources at your own risk and always follow these guidelines when learning to swim.
👉 Practise with a coach or experienced swimmer
👉 Practise in shallow, calm water
👉 Dress appropriately - water resistant swimwear and goggles
👉 When in doubt, get out. Only swim when feeling comfortable
