Partial opacification of left external iliac (distal most segment), common and superficial femoral arteries noted with luminal stenosis of approximately 50-60 %. After that mid and distal segment of left SFA is showing normal lumen. However no contrast noted in popliteal artery but distal segment of posterior tibial artery show normal contrast. No contrast noted in anterior tibial artery.

Multiple collateral vessels seen in medial and posterior aspect of leg and around knee with reformation of distal PTA.
