We head Jeremy and his friends and family out for a swordfishing trip aboard the "Broad Minded" in Mid March 2021. We hooked a nice swordfish mid day and after an hour battle put him in the boat! Back at Bud n' Mary's Marina we clean the swordfish and notice the fish had big roe sacks. Roe is fish eggs but we decided to take some home to cook it! Enjoy!
