How to magically turn an ordinary water bottle from liquid water to solid ice in just a few seconds.

The how to: Use an unopened - new bottle from the store. Cool it very slowly in the freezer (I use my portable fridge in my office). As it cools, it will actually drop below freezing IF it was done slow enough, the water is pure, and nothing aggitates or moves the water. You can take the water bottle out - its still liquid but at a temp below 0 degrees C. Smack the bottle or give it a tap on the table as shown. Ice crystals will form immediately as shown all the way down, instant ice!!!
