After a few practice runs with plain glasses (and lots of guidance from my friend and Rick Steves tour guide colleague), I pour my first real pint of Guinness in the Robert Mitchum Bar at Milltown House B&B in Dingle, Ireland. It was stressful, but my wise tutor approved.
