My review of the EZ Cracker is mixed. While it does work sometimes, many times the product fails to do what it is supposed to do. For example, sometime the EZ Cracker does not open wide enough to allow the yolk to pass through without getting broken and sometime the shell does not break properly and you get pieces of egg shell in your bowl. The egg white separator works about half of the time, and you get better results with practice. My overall recommendation is that you are better off learning how to crack and egg the old school way.
