I've tried other emotion tracker apps before (like mood meter) and they've been okay but they didn't stick for me.
The 'How We Feel' app is a great improvement and makes me hopeful about future mental health apps that we might see! Do check it out if tracking your emotions and developing emotional flexibility (a la Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is of interest to you! Or -- if you're just looking for a good all-around CBT app, it's worth considering this app for that purpose too.
