INGREDIENTS for 4 servings:
(To make 700 ml of egg custard)
For the caramel: 🍭 120 g sugar + 2 tbsp water
🥚 4 eggs
🍭 4 tbsp sugar (80 g)
🥛 400 ml milk (1 cup + 2/4 cup)
🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice + 🥄 1 tsp cinnamon
