The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky states, that this war is not an improvisation. Russia has been planning it for a long time. This is confirmed by the documents, maps and plans obtained from imprisoned Russian soldiers.
The President said that Russia plans to bomb Odesa, the third most populous city and municipality in Ukraine and a major tourism center.
Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Russian citizens to stand up not only for the end of war in Ukraine, but for their own future and for the future of their country.
