Istanbul is the meeting point of Europe and Asia. It is a melting pot of so much history, culture and INCREDIBLE TURKISH FOOD. This was my first time in Turkey and I was so impressed by how modern, expansive and welcoming it was. To start my tour of the country, we begin in the capital of Istanbul where we saw some of the main sights like Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and a ride on the Bosphorous.
