The Blues Festival is back at Tom McCall Waterfront Park! Hundreds of people spent Friday afternoon enjoying the blue skies and blues music, having weighed the risks of gathering in public with the specter of COVID-19 still making its presence known in the community.
One artist at the Blues Festival told KGW that it was his first year back after being hospitalized with COVID-19 and placed on a ventilator.
