No foreign intervention. This was the message from Libya's neighbouring countries that kicked off on Wednesday in Niamey with the participation of representatives of regional and international organizations.
They concluded that all fighters battling Islamist terror groups in Libya must all register and adhere to the international laws of engaging in military warfare. It was also agreed that all military operations must be conducted in response to the request by the Presidential council.
