Sunday March 13th 2011, after a bout of wind we had a nice calm sunny day and the waves were running, ~2.5meter swells @ 10 seconds. Dave Dunne and I decided to go out for a little adventure. We started at Peggy's Cove Nova Scotia but decided that the lack of safe landing points, cold water temperatures and swells we swore were getting over 3.5meters it wasn't worth the risk. We headed a little ways up the shore to Lower Prospect, home base of East Coast Outfitters. There we played in some smaller waves. There was one dodgy spot where Dave surfed back towards me and a few seconds later the reflection of that wave surfed me right over his boat. Something to be aware of, we kept a little better distance after that bit of excitement.
