You know that I purchased this electric vacuum sealer and absolutely love it. It works like a charm, is super convenient and I don't have to drag out a bunch of equipment for it, and it holds its charge forever.

Unfortunately - I have to withdraw my support of it at this point.

HOWEVER, this only holds for new purchases from this point forward.

If you've already purchased one and it works, YOU ARE FINE!!

The newer generations being shipped and stocked into Amazon right now are reported as being inferior to the original models, and the manufacturer is still stocking them anyway. The problem is also because they are marketing this same machine under 3 or 4 different store names/brands, so it's not as if you can pick or choose the seller as they are all likely the same seller.

There are a few other models of electric ones that I've never purchased and tried, and can't speak to them. They are a little different make. There are also the tried and true brake bleeders, Foodsaver vacuum sealers, and other manual pumps that still need the jar sealer attachments. They still work (most of the time - if you know, you know). So if you are still in the market for a vacuum sealer for dehydrating, try one of those - let me know and I'll show you how they work.

So I have to apologize - you know I take what I recommend to you very seriously. I've removed the main video showing how to use this. I've removed any links to them from YT, my blog, and my Amazon store. I simply can't support a company that would do something like this.

Again - if you already have one - you are good. It's the new models being restocked in the Amazon storefronts in the coming days if they are not already there.
