Keeping air-con temperatures at 25°C and phasing out bottles in meetings are among moves by the Singapore government to be more sustainable. They aim to keep the Republic's emissions in control, even as it's expected to peak in the next two years, before heading towards net zero by 2045. The measures were revealed in the first sustainability report card on the public sector. GreenGov.SG's report showed the public sector emitted 3.7 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from April 2022 to March 2023 -- down 5.3% from 2020. Claudia Lim reports.
