This Durga Puja we thought of spending few days in Dooars(the doorway of the Himalayas).This was a much needed holiday after lockdown. As much trains were not available, we thought of taking a bus ride from Kolkata to Siliguri. We chose Royal cruiser Volvo bus. In this video I will give you details of my journey from Kolkata to Siliguri by royal cruiser Volvo bus. You will get the details of bus timings, ticket price, precaution after lockdown, bus route and much more. Since our final destination was Dooars, I have also given the details of my journey from Siliguri to Tilabari tourist lodge near Lataguri.
This video is the first video of my Dooars tour after lockdown during Durga puja.

Please note: There are many Volvo bus service providers available like Royal Cruiser ,Shyamoli Yatri Paribahan, Green line etc. from Kolkata to Siliguri and vice versa. Some of these buses passes through Burdwan route and others via Krishnanagar.
