Advanced HEAVY Steel mace workout by Coach Vaughn: You'll need three different maces sizes: extra heavy, heavy, and medium weighted maces best suited for your strength. Only demoing ONE SIDE in this video (for time), so S W I T C H your grip position (L/R) on the two handed mace movements:
- Two handed 10 & 2's: 1MIN L/R / 2 SETS each switched grip
- Hand to hand 10 & 2's: 45 SEC / 2 SETS
- Hand to Hand 10 & 2's + Side Lunges: 1MIN / 2 SETS
- Samurai (Two handed): 15 REPS L/R / 3 SETS each side
- Samurai (one handed): 10 REPS L/R / 2 SETS each side
- Figure 8's: 10 REPS L/R: 2 SETS
