Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is Malaysia's main international airport. It is located in the Sepang District of Selangor, approximately 45 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur, on 9 February 2023, the transport minister announced that the government and MAHB had agreed to rebrand KLIA and klia2 to KLIA Terminal 1 and KLIA Terminal 2 respectively. As of my last knowledge, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Malaysia has two main terminals, KLIA Main Terminal (KLIA1)
KLIA1 is primarily used by full-service carriers, while KLIA2 is designed for low-cost carriers. If you need to change terminals at KL airport, it's important to note that KLIA1 and KLIA2 are separate terminals, which can be traveled either by free bus shuttle service, underground train, or by taxi, but if one has sufficient time better to use free bus shuttle service.
