It's worth noting that levels change, and this video should not be used in place of paddling with a competent crew and someone who knows this section of the river. Two of us portaged number 5, and discuss it here. If you miss the take out, there is at some point after a 150-foot drop. Sounds like you'd be able to figure out that it's coming up, but I don't know...
Huge shout-out to Emmett for guiding me down, giving amazing beta, letting me scout and then giving feedback on my scouting, and coaching me (through the whole week) - which was phenomenal, especially for someone who hasn't had that before. Thanks to Kieram (sorry, I don't know how to spell your name), as well, it was a lot of fun paddling with you and watching your more experimental lines.
