On the fourth day of the 24th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum in Lima, a bilateral meeting will be held between Peru’s Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna and his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida. Subsequently, Luna will gather with the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
