Charcoal Grilled Bonito Fish | Catch and Cook | EP 013
In this installment of REKAventures I took a charter boat off the coast of Newport Beach to fish out near Catalina Island. It was a bit of a rough fishing day, but we came away with some Bonito! I'm not usually the biggest fan of Bonitos, but when you combine a charcoal grill and a magic grill sauce, the results are out of control! Follow along and let us know what you think!
