Hi! I am Ella. I’m here to tell you all the reasons why 11619 Annie Rd. is the best house in Alta Sierra. If you ever dreamed of living in a treehouse, then you were going to love where this house is located. Every day you can walk out onto the porch and it’s like you’re living in the trees. For real’s! It’s a great place to put out some birdseed and see all the different kinds of birds that live in Grass Valley.

The living room has a super warm fireplace that makes the room extra cozy. And guess what? You have a great view there too.

Not only does this house have three rooms with extra space for a reading chair, there’s also a game room, big enough for a pool table. I would use this as a painting room because there’s a huge window with a gorgeous view. I think I would like to pretend that fairies live out there!

The kitchen is big enough for dancing, and everyone knows that food comes out better if you dance while you make it.

But if you aren’t a dancer, it’s big enough for a little kitchen island or table in the middle of it

The garage can fit two cars, plus your bikes, scooters, sleds, and snow gear. There’s also a U-shaped driveway, which is really fun to play on and you can have lots of guests that come over that park along it.

And don’t forget, if your neighbor's power ever goes off, yours won’t because this house has a Generac and it flips on the minute the power goes out in the area. So you can watch TV all night and keep the heater on and not have to worry about your power going off.

So, there you have it. If you aren't convinced that 16119 annie drive is the best listing in Alta Sierra, then I am officially confused.
