Work is continuing on the 112-unit "Les Jardins d'Arcadie" senior citizens' residence in Charleville-Mézières. The structural work is 70% complete.
The project involves refurbishing and extending the former teacher training college, located on an old stone site dating from the mid-19th century.
The wall below, on the Meuse side, dates from the time of Louis XIV.
Egis is responsible for the design and supervision of the technical work packages, finishing work, acoustics, synthesis and construction management.
