Is the Kenya Meat Commission possibly on the verge of collapse? Well, that is the question we are asking following the factory's failure to pay livestock farmers their dues on time. The farmers say operations at the factory could grind to a halt following their move to stop supplying livestock to the parastatal until they are paid their dues.
