Hello Mayors! Check out this SimCity Buildit layout that anyone can use, but it is recommended for Mayors at Level 16 thru 24. I like this layout because you get full service coverage for up to 44 buildings! And you can swap out for parks and Specialization buildings!

Layout features:
Up to 44 buildings
2 - 10 X 12 block spaces
Fire, Police and Health Coverage
Space for Town Hall, City Hall and Mayor's Mansion
Designated area for factories (and their pollution!)
