In this informative video, I teach the upper grade teachers step-by-step how to create reading centers that are engaging, productive, and student friendly. With very little preparation each week, my centers are routine, structured, and easy to adopt.

Center 1 = Intensive intervention with teacher during Target Time using Leveled Readers, Running Records, Goal Setting, and Whisper Phones. Error patterns are recorded, mistakes with fluency skills addressed, and short Phonics and Phonemic Awareness skills are taught.

Center 3 - Grammar Instruction
Center 4 - Chromebook Instruction using Cold and Hot Read timings for Fluency & Vocabulary instruction. I use the Wonders McMillan-McGraw Hill Reading Program's weekly materials.
