Police in the Hague has arrested 13 people during a protest outside Tuesday night’s press conference on new coronavirus rules.
Several hundred people took part in the demonstration outside the justice ministry as Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Hugo de Jonge outlined tougher measures aimed at curbing a new wave of infections.
