Every 4 days, I go up the levels of Chart 1.
I noticed that the exercises feel stiff at the beginning, especially if you do this first thing in the morning. However, my stamina is also increasing as the exercises feel more natural over time. The overall exercises shouldn't take longer than 11 minutes. I reckon, I will move closer to 11 minutes as the difficulty and number of reps increase. For now, I try to complete the exercises without waiting for the allotted time to be over for each exercise type.
