A letter possibly laced with the deadly poison, ricin, was addressed to President Obama and intercepted at the mail screening facility at Joint Base Bolling. This comes just days after a letter was sent to New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg which did test positive for Ricin. The letter was postmarked Shreveport, Louisiana, but had no return address.
