Las Vegas Japanese restaurant Otoro at The Mirage may not survive the casino's closing to become the Hard Rock, but for now at least we enjoyed the hot rock sirloin steak, the robata skewers, the hamachi, unagi, and otoro sushi, and the green tea lava cake.
