A witness in the Mumbai drug bust case has alleged that Rs 25 crore was demanded on behalf of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede to let off Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was arrested in the case.
In a notarised affidavit, Prabhakar Sail, the bodyguard of the NCB witness KP Gosavi, claimed the latter had made the alleged demand on behalf of Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer behind the Mumbai drug bust case.
KP Gosavi, whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, is also one of the witnesses in the case and is absconding at present.
