Welcome back to Nighthawk Custom. This is video number four in our series of our finish video series where we discuss the different advantages to the finishes we offer. Today we are going to discuss our Cerakote finishes.

Cerakote is a ceramic based paint finish that is sprayed on the firearm and then oven cured. It creates a very nice, hard shell over the parts. It is a great barrier. Advantages are resistance to corrosion, rust, weather, and it holds up very well.

The other big benefit to Cerakote is the customization. It's offered in a wide variety of colors. You can do custom finishes, custom mixes, customer colors and custom patterns. We work closely with Hillbilly 223 Custom Cerakote. He offers, through us, a wide variety of battleworn finishes, camo finishes, and a lot of different patterns. So, that's one of the biggest benefits to Cerakote is that you can make your pistol unique with a wide variety of finishes.
