At the Homeless Prenatal Program in San Francisco, an organization that provides health services to families in the bay area, a number of their work is devoted to helping families navigate the child welfare system. In this video, Fostering Media Connections observes a Parent Peer Support Group which helps parents who have a current or previous child protectives services case. Together the parents work on strengthening themselves, healing their families, and creating better situations for their children.
