Ingrediente:
Blat
- 300 g morcov
- 150 g zahar
- 150 g zahar muscovado
- 280 ml ulei
- 4 oua
- 40 g stafide
- 180 g nuca prajita si tocata
- 360 g faina
- 2 lingurite scortisoara
- 1 lingurita nucsoara
- 1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu
Pentru coacere se folosesc 2 tavi de 23 cm.
Crema
- 500 g crema branza
- 100 g unt moale
- 200 g zahar pudra
- 2 lingurite esenta vanilie
- coaja rasa de la 2 portocale
Ornati cu migdale si nuca prajita.
Ingredients:
- 300 g carrot
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g muscovado sugar
- 280 ml vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 40 g raisins
- 180 g toasted walnuts - chopped
- 360 g flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
For baking use 2 - 23 cm's baking trays
Cream cheese frosting
- 500 g cream cheese
- 100 g soft butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- orange zest from 2 oranges
Garnish with toasted almonds and walnuts.
