Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoon
Cashew paste – 2 tablespoon
Poppy seed paste – 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon|cardamom|clove|bay leaf|dry red chilli – 2 each for tempering the oil
Vegetable oil for frying the fritters or bora
Desi ghee for cooking – 3 tablespoon
Curd– 1/2 cup
Sugar according to taste
