Whether in business or a nonprofit, we have to get things done. We have a job to be done and the doer. We have to take care of the well-being of the doer and ensure she is happy. Unfortunately, we often focus on the job and ignore the requirements of the doer, intentionally or otherwise.
We provide training to help get the job done but we ignore the human aspects. Unhappy employees may struggle with even simple things. On the other hand, the impossible can become possible if we take care of the well-being of the doer
