STRENGTHTAPE® Kinesiology Tape can assist to reduce pain, improve foot biomechanics, and decrease time to recovery. Plantar fasciitis is a painful condition that causes pain along the bottom of the foot, most notably at the front of the heel. The pain is often much worse in the morning and reduces with activity. The condition is common in runners, those who have gained weight quickly, or after an injury that affects foot biomechanics. Stretching, light and frequent massage, replacing worn footwear, and maintaining a healthy weight can all help to manage plantar fasciitis. If the symptoms are ignored and no management plan is followed, heel spurs and more serious fascia problems can occur. Please remember to visit a healthcare professional for evaluation. STRENGTHTAPE® will stick for up to 7 days.
