Today I have shared with you all the recipe of Olivier Salad /Russian salad /Салат олів'є (in Russian) . Olivier salad is the most traditional Russian Ukrainian and Eastern European dish. It is used to be made for holidays, parties and other special occasions. New Year’s Eve is the biggest holiday of all, and “Olivie” would be on almost all the tables as the clock would strike midnight. The ingredients for Olivier Salad are quite common and are pantry staples for most. This Russian Salad resembles a potato salad, of sorts, with the addition of other cooked vegetables and sausage . Even we can make the vegetarian version of Olivier salad without sausage. ....
