Kenya's Supreme Court has blamed the electoral commission for its decision to annul last month's presidential election.
The court judges say the body refused to allow them to scrutinise its computer servers, which opposition leader Raila Odinga said were hacked.
President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election was annulled earlier this month and a re-run is scheduled for October.
