Bahan-Bahan :
Tumis:
4 sekawan
Bawang putih
Bawang Merah
Pandan
2 sb jintan manis
2 sk lada hitam
2 sk serbuk ketumbar
2 liter air
Masak sampai mendidih

2 cawan beras
200 gm udang geragau/kering
Masak selama 1 jam 30 minit

Minit ke 60 masukkan:
Lobak dan labu potong dadu
Cendawan enoki
Cili
2 sk garam
2 sk pati ayam/perasa

Minit ke 75 tambah
200ml santan
Tabur daun sup sebelum tutup api

Hidang bersama :
Telur dadar
Bilis goreng

Selamat mencuba

Ingredients:
Sauté:
1 pcs Cinnamon
3 pcs cardamom
3 pcs cloves
2 pcs star anise
6 pcs garlic
4 pcs Red onion
2 pcs Pandan leaves
2 tsp cumin
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 tsp coriander powder
2 liters of water
Cook until boiling

2 cups of rice
200 gm dried shrimp
Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes

@60 minute enter:
Dice carrots and pumpkin
Enoki mushrooms
Chili cut
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp chicken essence/seasoning

@75 minute plus
200ml coconut milk
Sprinkle celery before turning off the heat

Serve with:
Omelette
Fried anchovies
