Eating My Famous "Chluy Bowl" at Ricestrings Noodle Shack in Cerritos, California. I haven't been back to California since 2016 so I haven't eaten at Phnom Penh Noodle Shack (Original location) nor, Ricestrings Noodle Shack. Shout out to the owners Moulino & Naran Tan for the hospitality. Along with the Chluy Bowl, we also tried the Khmer Beef Sticks, Lort Cha (Pin Noodle) and it was all delicious. Shout out to Battambong Bob & Hype Foodies for joining me for lunch and trying out my signature Chluy Bowl. In this video, I ate it dry (Soup on Side) and Diana from Hype Foodies ate it wet (with the broth). Either way, you can't go wrong, its all up to your preference. Pro Tip: Ask for extra intestines if you love Beef Intestines.
