酱料: Mayonnaise 芝麻酱 辣椒酱 少许葱油
柠檬水少许 少许芝麻 搅拌均匀就完成了
材料 :
面糊: 面粉5汤匙 木薯粉1汤匙
苏打粉1/2茶匙 盐1茶匙 水1碗
豆腐 5 片

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Bean curd 5pcs (cut into 4 squares per each piece)
Batter (mix well)
1. Plain flour 5tbsp
2. Tapioca flour 1tbsp
3. Bicarbonate of soda 1/2tsp
4. Salt 1tsp
5. Water half bowl
Dipping sauce (mix well)
1. Mayonnaise
2. Sesame sauce
3. Chilli sauce
4. Scallion oil
5. Lemon juice
6. Sesame seeds
Method
1. Soak the bean curd in the batter for 10min.
2. Heat wok with more oil, turn to medium low heat once it reaches 160deg
3. Drain the bean curd from the batter with a strainer. Deep into the oil and deep fry under high heat. Do not immediately turn the bean curd. Once the bean curd has cooked for a while, use the spatula to constantly stir the bean curd in order to get even colours. Continue to fry till it’s floated, then turn to low heat and continue to fry (further reduce the water in the bean curd). Then add some of the batter surrounding the bean curd and cook till golden brown
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
