Setting the frequency is easy. First, make sure there is no jumper between the middle two pins on the programming header. One button increments the frequency and the other decrements it. The frequency changes in larger amounts if the button is held for a few seconds. A few seconds after the last change is made, the settings are stored to non-volatile memory and the display will go back to display mode.
