Pirates of the Caribbean set 4192: Fountain of Youth. I know there have been other sets that are inaccurate to their respective movies, but the thing that makes this one stand out is that it have so many specific features and almost every single one is completely different from the movie.
I might be over a decade late on the Pirates of the Caribbean train, but there's a video in the pipeline based on the Queen Anne's Revenge.
