Enoshima and Kamakura are a great escape from the Tokyo Jungle and very easy to get to.

My Suggested Itinerary

From Tokyo head down to Fujisawa and have a snack and shop
Get to Enoshima Island and explore the area and head up to the Enshima Sea Candle
Take a relaxing train ride to Hase to see the Big Buddah.
Head to Kamakura station and then take the JR line back to Tokyo
