Homes in California have seismic gas valves that shut off automatically with bumps to the valve (specifically designed to shut off following earthquakes). In this quick video, we show you how to switch the valve from on to off or vice versa.
The only tool you will need is a small flathead screwdriver. This is so easy and may come in handy when doing outdoor work near the valve
