This is an intense barre workout -- we'll hit the glutes, core, arms, back and legs, using optional light weights and resistance band or no equipment!

► EQUIPMENT:
You can do this workout with just your bodyweight or add a set of light dumbbells like I have here. I suggest 2-5 lbs. I am using 5 lb dumbbells in this video. You can also add a mini loop resistance band and a chair or countertop for balance support.
