We recently visited Hacienda Uzhupud - a large estate in Paute, just outside of Cuenca Ecuador. We made pizza from scratch (in a wood oven), milked a cow with a traditional farmer and relaxed in the most peaceful setting we've seen in Ecuador's Andes mountains.
