1 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

salt to taste

For the Pasta:
8 OZ Pasta of your choice
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
1 cup chopped tomato
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
you can add 3 minced garlic cloves
